This graphic was inspired by a quote that caught my attention while listening to Howard’s TED talk on “Four Ways to Fix a Broken Legal System”.  He makes a compelling argument that the increasing complexity and sheer absence of commonsense logic within the application of laws that govern most disciplines is paralyzing our ability as a society to operate in a freely creative manner.  We are instead destined to pursue our goals constantly looking over our shoulder in fear of frivolous lawsuits.  Excellent speech..
